“What’s a Noy Sauce?”, you might ask. Noy Sauce is a play on the words “Soy Sauce”, since they sound similar to my actual last name, and was poked fun of it growing up. “Noy” is the shortened form of my nickname by my family. “Noy Sauce” is then, also a dedication to them.
